8 Days at Tarangire safari camping
Day 1: Namanga border to Tarangire
We pick you from Namanga border to Tarangire national park you’ll head off to Mto wa Mbu at Fanaka Campsite
Day 2: Tarangire National Park to Mto wa Mbu
After awakening to a still African dawn, you’ll energise yourself with a hearty breakfast before heading off to the Tarangire National Park, named after the river which flows across the park and is the only source of water for the animals during the dry season. It’s an undulating landscape, scattered with Baobab trees and high grasses and its mixture of vegetation is unique in the Northern safari lands. Tarangire is famous for its birdlife: over 550 species make their homes here including the endearing yellow-collared lovebird. The Tarangire swamps have the most breeding species in one habitat in the world. Of course, see a remarkable selection of wildlife including elephant, lions, warthogs, impala, cheetah, buffalo, and baboons. After a fascinating day in this beautiful park you’ll head off to Mto wa Mbu and reach the Fanaka Campsite in the late afternoon. You’ll have a chance to relax, absorb the sights and finish the evening with a tasty dinner before resting up, ready for tomorrow’s adventure.



Day 3:  Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
Your day starts with a healthy, filling breakfast and then you’ll head off to the Lake Manyara National Park, which extends for miles along the emerald base of the gold-flecked Rift Valley escarpment. The park is a patchwork of forest, arid scrubland and Soda Lake and a paradise for bird lovers. The forest is alive with the birdsong and flittering with the antics of monkeys in the forest canopy; giraffe roam the savannah and lions loll in trees, resting in the shade, while hippo families submerge themselves in the waters of the soda lake. You’ll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch served in the park you’ll head off to Mto wa Mbu and reach the Fanaka Campsite in the late afternoon. You’ll have a chance to relax, absorb the sights and finish the evening with a tasty dinner

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater
We will have an early departure from camp to ensure that we arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater promptly. We will descend into the crater as our game drive with a picnic lunch is inside the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is an immense, unbroken caldera that was formed when a volcano erupted millions of years ago. The elevated structure encourages the animals subside within the crater which means there is a high possibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The powerful group comprises of buffalo, lions, rhinos, elephants and leopards. You can expect to see other wildlife including zebra, hippos, wildebeest and hyenas. The flamingos will lounge gracefully on the banks of the Soda Lake whilst the vultures can be found scavenging for the discarded prey of a predator. Geese and storks are amongst some of the other bird species. Our guides are highly skilled and their ability to track down animals is impressive. This level of expertise is not easily acquired. Dinner and Overnight at Simba campsite.

Day 5: Ngorongoro   to   Serengeti National Park
Have breakfast and after start your journey to Serengeti National Park. You will enjoy the many scenic views along the way as you including the beautiful vegetation that attract the eyes. Have a lunch stop over at the Kopje in the Serengeti and later proceed in to the national park to enjoy an afternoon game drive including; the elephants, wildebeests, lions, antelopes, birds, zebras and many more. Later on proceed into the park and go for a game drive after late afternoon we will drive you to Nyani campsite where you can get a dinner and overnight.




Day 6: Have a full game drive in Serengeti
Today, you will have a full day game viewing around the Serengeti, depending on the time of the year as well as the migration of the herds, you will expect to view many baboons, hippos, Rhinos, antelopes, wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, lions as well as birds. You will also enjoy the scenery of the park as well as the vegetation. After, return to the Nyani campsite for your dinner and overnight.

Day 7:  Serengeti to Masai Mara
After breakfast we will drive you to Isibania

Day 8: the driver will drive back to Arusha
