Mount Meru climbs 3 days
This mount Meru climb 3 days Itinerary is the best but without acclimatization prior to Mount Kilimanjaro climbing; The Meru Mountain is the 9th highest peak in Africa and the second highest mountain in Tanzania at 4,566m. The Mount Meru can be climbed for short day from 3 to 4 days.
The mount Meru is located within Arusha National Park, and usually the Climber can start the trip from Arusha, in the Northern Tanzania. This major location provides Mount Meru climbers the chance to spot some wildlife that naturally inhabits the area.
The ascend is fairly steep, the route to the summit passes over watercourse, through parkland, montane forest, a giant heather zone and moorland. The summit is made by a narrow, barren ridge, which gives spectacular views of the Ash Cone lying several thousand feet below in the crater.

3 Days Mount Meru climb itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive and check in Hotel in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We will organize on order a private transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) To the Hotel in Arusha, where the rest of the day is at leisure. Your guide will meet up at the hotel for a pre-climb briefing and equipment proof.
We will also need to confirm you have the appropriate required health coverage and travel assurance.

Day 2: Arusha to Meriakamba Hut (Full board)
We drive from Out Hotel to Momella Gate. After entry registration at the Gate our walk begins slowly with full armed park ranger escorting us for security against dangerous wild animals, simply we can see along the way the wild animals including buffalo, elephants, zebras, and giraffe, monkeys, antelope, and often elephants and buffalo are along the route.3 Days Mount Meru Climb. Dinner and overnight night is at Miriakamba Hut. From Momella Gate to Miriakamba Hut is 5-6 hours walking.

Day 3: Miriakamba (2500 m.) to Saddle Hut (3500 m.) Full board.
Although a steep climb, our walk from Miriakamba Hut to the saddle at the Little Meru is a short day. The walk will take us slowly along the ridge for a stunning view for the Meru Crater and the impressive Ash Cone. After hot lunch at Saddle Hut we will now make a short climb to the summit of Little Meru (3,820m) for superb views just before sunset. Dinner and overnight night is at Saddle Hut. Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut is 3-5 hours walking.

Day 4: From Saddle Hut to the summit to Miriakamba Hut (Full board)
Today we start our work very early at around 1:30 a.m. to climb steeply to Rhino Point (3,800 m.) and on to Cobra Point (4350m). Here we reach the summit (4,566 m) on time for sunrise there is a likely to see Kilimanjaro Peak if the weather is not clouds. The final part of the climb is along a spectacular narrow ridge line between the sheer inner cliffs and the sloping outer wall of the crater. From here we take a short rest and brunch at Saddle Hut before continuing the descent to the Momella gate. The returning transfer will be waiting at Momella Gate to Arusha at Ilboru Safari Lodge. Saddle Hut to the summit to Momella Gate: 12-14 hours walking.

Day 5: Depart Arusha3 Days Mount Meru Climb
Transfer from Arusha to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or any other point of departure Private departure.
